Private Patient Membership Packages
- The Ascot Clinic offers comprehensive and diverse healthcare services for the whole family.
Our team of male and female Doctors and Nurses is able to offer you access to a full range of GP and healthcare services through our Private Patient Membership Scheme. This means you can receive priority GP appointments throughout the year at core times and during additional allocated extended hours. You will also receive an annual Well Man or Well Woman Check, all for one single annual payment.
Alternatively you can elect to be a Private Patient here at The Ascot Clinic with the flexibility of the Pay-As-You-Go option.Individual Membership
Membership includes:- One annual Well Man or Well Woman health check
- Up to six 20 minute GP appointments/consultations per year during core and extended hours*
The annual fee for Individual Membership is £450
Family MembershipFamily Membership is for four or more people, including up to two adults and all children below school age or in full-time education.
Membership includes:- One annual Well Man or Well Woman health check for each adult member
- Up to six 20 minute GP appointments/consultations per registered member per year during core and extended hours*
The annual fee for Family Membership is £1500
Pay-As-You-Go Private Patient
Patients registered with an NHS GP elsewhere, and overseas visitors can elect to be Private Patients. They too will be offered appointments during core and extended hours. Patients opting for the Pay-As-You-Go option will be charged the following appointment fees:Standard surgery consultation £75 Telephone consultation - core hours* £30 Telephone consultation - non-core (phone) hours* £50
*Core hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8:00am to 6:30pm; Wednesday 8.00am to 8.00pm and Saturday 08:00am to 12:00 noon.
Non-core (phone) hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:30pm - 10:00pm
Appointments may also be available outside these hours, including evenings. For emergencies, however, Members can access the Out of Hours Service.
